About The Role

Responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers to deliver competitive, high-quality products that support QRH sales and operations. Oversees contracting processes, pricing and benchmarking, and ensures timely product setup and availability. Supports product development by expanding the portfolio with new offers and services, while maintaining compliance with standards, managing supplier performance, and coordinating closely with internal teams to drive product readiness and quality.

Accountabilities:

Product & Supplier Management

  • Identify, source, and manage supplier relationships in line with the QRH product strategy, ensuring optimal product positioning, competitive pricing, service quality, and return on investment.
  • Maintain structured engagement with key suppliers (e.g., regular performance reviews and planning calls) to align on joint commercial objectives and product roadmap.

Product Planning & Performance Optimisation

  • Support the execution of the QRH product plan by ensuring a balanced and competitive portfolio across destinations, seasons, and customer segments.
  • Continuously analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities, and implement tactical offers, discounts, and pricing adjustments (including ORC) to drive revenue.
  • Optimise margin strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.

Contracting & Commercial Governance

  • Manage end-to-end supplier contracting processes, including supplier setup in Oracle, contract administration, and compliance with QRH policies and procedures.
  • Review and validate contract amendments to ensure alignment with commercial objectives, product requirements, and system readiness.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the contracting lifecycle and recommend process improvements.

Product Availability & Campaign Support

  • Ensure timely availability of product inventory, rates, and tactical offers to support sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and new destination launches in line with the product plan.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align product readiness with promotional and commercial calendars.

Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, including booking processes, financial terms, and supplier obligations.
  • Maintain effective coordination with system/data teams to ensure accurate and timely product loading.

Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate reporting on supplier performance, product production, and sales trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor daily sales and market demand patterns to anticipate peak periods and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously enhance product performance and competitiveness.

Product Knowledge & Enablement

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the QRH product portfolio and supplier offerings.
  • Support internal enablement by delivering product updates, training sessions, and supplier presentations to sales and operations teams.

About You

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience

Essential

  • Experience working with contracts and uploading them into online systems, particularly with regard to pricing.
  • Ability to prepare and manage costing sheets and basic pricing/benchmark analysis.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Background in travel, tour operations, or product/commercial roles.

Preferred

  • Experience in a product or contracting function, ideally in outbound travel.
  • Basic knowledge of airfares or GDS systems.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Good understanding of destinations and travel products.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Interest in travel and delivering high-quality products.
