What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the hotel’s recruitment strategy while partnering closely with department leaders to identify and hire exceptional talent. You’ll ensure every candidate experiences a professional, welcoming, and seamless recruitment journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across hotel departments.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
- Conducting interviews and coordinating assessments throughout the hiring process.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Promoting The Ned Doha’s employer brand to attract top hospitality talent.
- Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics and preparing hiring reports.
- Supporting recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hotel open days.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
What We’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within luxury hospitality or hotels.
- Experience supervising or supporting a recruitment team.
- Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and finding great people.
