Responsible for proper start-up and shut-down, as per laid Standard Operating Procedures for the Equipment.

Operate and maintain other equipment as part of Multi-Tasking.

Ensure quality product. Any deviations should be escalated to the production team leader.

Follow all safety requirements when performing work.

Responsible for ensuring minimal unplanned stops.

Correctly fill out all documents related to operating parameters and downtimes.

Accurately and efficiently perform steps necessary to conduct flavor/package changes and proper shut-downs to minimize downtime and wasted resources.

Perform best practices in quality checks on line and equipment.

Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.

Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.

Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and facilities as required.

Responsible for completing operation checks on equipment.

Responsible for following all standard operating procedures to operate equipment efficiently.

Coordinates with the Quality Assurance department to maintain high-quality standards on all raw and finished goods.

Take part in Pepsi International (PI) governed audits.

Performs other duties as assigned.

To be a part of Continuous Improvement plans like TPM, M&W (Manufacturing & Warehouse), etc., while being rolled out.

A diploma in business/supply chain/production/ manufacturing would be preferred.

A good working knowledge of production (training and certification course) would be advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years of experience handling high-speed lines is a must

Language proficiency (English is a must, and additionally Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Arabic would be preferred)
