About the job

Work in the Telesales and Retentions function for Vodafone Qatar do telesales and retentions activities such as migration of prepaid customers to postpaid, upgrading postpaid customers to a higher plan and selling new Vodafone products, which include, but are not limited to, GigaHome, New postpaid, and New MBB connections.

The role is responsible for handling disconnection requests from postpaid customers and trying to retain them by resolving their issues and/or providing customers with relevant retention offers

The role is also responsible for handling multiple customer telesales tasks and activities with inbound/outbound calls, digital leads, trouble tickets and customer complaints/escalations. The role is an integral part of the COPS department.

Qualifications

  • Highschool diplomat minimum.
  • Experience in a contact center or telesales environment.
  • Experience using CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Good knowledge of handsets and accessories.
