Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Assistant located in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include setting up and operating the photo booth at events, managing the photo booth software, and ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience throughout each event. Additional duties include maintaining clear communication with clients, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting with event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with clients and guests effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests confidently and guide them effectively to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure timely execution
• Basic understanding or background in photography, with an appreciation for concepts such as lighting and color grading
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic event environments
• Proficiency in time management and problem-solving during live events
• High level of professionalism and a proactive attitude
