- Assist departmental management in identifying possible improvements in systems and procedures.
- Develop a strong working relationship with clients (markets/ department stores/ store managers and field staff) within the Market.
- Generate new business and expand the client base with regular quarterly growth.
- Identifies the sales expanding criteria and deals with them for new business opportunities.
- Correspondents/communicates with market managers for the pending collection till they are recovered.
- Visits/monitors markets, and shops and takes the necessary action on where and what is required.
- Checks the product merchandise and advise the changes to the merchandisers.
- Monitors the product movement and reports out-of-stock items to the concerned department.
- Evaluate for slow moving, near-expiry, ageing and low-stock items and take action according to managements instruction.
- Evaluate the top moving products and implement in the shop and markets accordingly.
- Coordinates with accounts and follows up for market payment dues until received.
- Deals with customer complaints finds solutions for improvements and rectifies the issues.
- Work closely with all other departments, to ensure new contracts are maintained and filed effectively.
- Must have valid Qatar driver’s license.
