This is a full-time, on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor role based in Qatar. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost control, financial management, and contract administration for diverse and large-scale projects. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, conducting cost analyses, managing project budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and contractors will also be a critical aspect of the role to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Expertise in cost estimation, financial analysis, and budget management
• Competence in contract management, claims assessment, and value engineering
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in cost management tools and software
• Ability to analyze and interpret construction project documents and specifications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities for managing project teams
• Familiarity with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional accreditation with RICS or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in infrastructure or property projects within the Middle East is advantageous
