OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To grow our Hospitality and Residential market segment is gaining market shares and by delivering outstanding solutions to our existing and new customers, positioning Technogym as the ultimate premium Wellness Brand in the world.
To seek new business opportunities and initiatives that improve the financial performance and result in an outstanding customer experience and end users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the number 1 brand ambassador for your market segment before customers.
- Manages the day-to-day operations for the brands, entailing commercial sales management.
- Support marketing initiatives and be involved in the strategy and execution with the team.
- Drives and delivers all financial KPIs, including sales and profits budgets.
- Provides solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
- To adhere to internal Brand and Company SOP, policies, Technogym GSN and Go to Market, guidelines.
- Delivers an impeccable customer service experience in all business in relation to their respective individual brand identities.
- Resolves issues with commercial contracts in consultation with Legal department, Finance Department and General Manager.
- Manage with internal and external key stakeholders the tender process and assists in the tender preparation as per arising business inquiries, acts as first point of call to consolidate overall information.
- Acts as point of contact for arising principal queries or customer complaints, escalates queries to General Manager to maintain customer referral business to ensure immediate resolution.
- Follow up making sure customers follow our Terms and Conditions and especially payments.
- Operationally lead the sales support team members/Client Advisors, including target-setting, performance management, and day-to-day coaching.
- Conducts annual performance evaluation, and annual appraisals.
- Promotes a culture of training and support within the team while maintaining high standards of work ethics and leading by example.
- Provides constant leadership via openness, trust, respect and positive feedback.
- Assesses business opportunities for growth, through existing or the acquisition of new commercial customers.
- Update monthly, quarterly and yearly overall business forecast by maintaining TG customers/leads pipeline on a daily, weekly, monthly basis using the designated CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
- Plan and forecast next fiscal year budget for your segment.
- Participate to inventory liquidation owning customers’ cancelations of your segment.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree holder in either Business Management or Sales and Marketing.
- Min 6-7 years working experience in a similar high-end luxury, hospitality, retail, leisure environment with at least 2-3 years within a leadership role
- 2 years + GCC/local working experience. Experience working with hospitality developers, hotel chains, or residential developers in the GCC is preferred. Demonstrates sound business acumen and numerical understanding.
- Excellent spoken and written English, additional European or Arabic a plus
- Strong Communication and negotiation and relationship management skills
- Highly organized and systematic process-oriented approach
- Detail-oriented, advanced problem-solving capabilities
- Reveals coaching and leadership capabilities
- Demonstrates strong time management and priority abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and client fit-outs
