About The Role
An exciting opportunity to join the Finance – Transformation team as Process Excellence Manager. This role will assist in the evolution of the Lean Academy and on the execution of projects, driving continuous improvement, optimizing processes, and implementing appropriate automation to elevate organizational maturity within their assigned portfolio. This role will work in collaboration with the Transformation and EPMO teams to ensure that process optimization initiatives are aligned with strategic transformation goals and governed effectively to deliver measurable impact. Ensuring compliancy with QR accounting policies and procedures.
Your Duties Would Include:
- Support the development of a Process Excellence framework that drives efficiency, eliminates waste, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement
- Assist the Process Excellence team in partnering with assigned departments and divisions to implement process optimization within their business plans
- Ensure Process Excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mining etc.) are scalable and applicable across different Divisions and Departments.
- Implement a standardized framework for process optimization, ensuring that Process Excellence methodologies are applied dynamically across functions
- Identify and execute process re-engineering and automation opportunities in partnership with IT, data teams, and operations
- Enhance skill sets of agile delivery team members through training plans, coaching, and mentoring
- Serve as a point of contact for process re-engineering, coordinating initiatives with all impacted stakeholders
- Engage with internal digital units, technology partners, and data & analytics experts to bring leading practices into the organization
- Develop strong relationships with operational management across multiple departments as required
Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Finance – Transformation team. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
- 3+ years of experience in process mining, digital twin technologies and Lean Six Sigma, as well as preferably operational improvement within large multinational organizations
- Demonstrated experience in supporting complex, multi-functional process optimization initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in defining, tracking and benchmarking performance indicators, measuring process excellence success, and refining initiatives based on lessons learned
- Stakeholder management expertise matured in complex multi-cultural organizations.
