Business Development Manager
responsible for lead revenue growth for Managed Security Services portfolio. This role carries clear ownership of revenue targets and requires a proven track record of consistently closing deals and delivering measurable revenue to the organization. The ideal candidate understands the Qatar market, knows how to sell managed security services, and can convert customer needs into long-term, recurring MSS revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver assigned revenue targets for Managed Security Services, with clear accountability for results
- Consistently close new business and demonstrate a strong history of revenue contribution and deal closure
- Drive end-to-end sales execution, from opportunity identification through solution positioning and contract signing
- Build a healthy and predictable sales pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Create tangible business value by converting cybersecurity opportunities into recurring managed service revenue
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that lead to recurring business and account growth
- Work closely with product managers and delivery teams to ensure solutions are commercially viable and customer-focused
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to maximize account value
- Maintain a deep understanding of MSSP services, pricing models, and competitive selling strategies
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue visibility to management
- What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in selling cybersecurity solutions, with a strong focus on Managed Security Services
- Demonstrated, verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong deal-closing capability, particularly for complex, multi-year managed service contracts
- Experience working in the Qatar market with an MSSP or System Integrator
- Ability to clearly articulate business value and ROI, not just technical features
- Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- A postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage, particularly with a focus on sales, strategy, or technology management
- Industry-recognized cybersecurity or technology certifications are desirable and demonstrate strong domain understanding.
