The SEO Lead will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing the group-wide SEO strategy across all E-commerce and informative websites within Ali Bin Ali Group. This is a senior role requiring strong strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on expertise to drive organic growth, visibility, and performance across multiple brands and divisions.

The role will work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Content, and external agencies to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into all digital initiatives

Strategy & Leadership o  Define and own the SEO vision and roadmap for Ali Bin Ali Group across all divisions.

o  Align SEO strategy with overall business, marketing, and e-commerce objectives.

o  Act as the subject matter expert for SEO within the group, advising senior stakeholders and leadership.

o  Lead SEO governance, standards, and best practices across all brands and platforms.

E-commerce SEO o  Drive organic growth for e-commerce platforms through technical SEO, category optimization, product page optimization, and internal linking strategies.

o  Optimize SEO performance across PLPs, PDPs, filters, faceted navigation, and site search.

o  Partner with E-commerce and UX teams to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture and customer journeys.

Content & On-Page SEO o  Define SEO content strategies for both commercial and informational websites.

o  Ensure all content is human-written, brand-aligned, and search-intent driven.

o  Oversee keyword research, content mapping, metadata optimization, and content performance.

o  Collaborate with content, brand, and corporate communications teams to ensure SEO alignment.

AI Search & LLM Readiness o  Prepare Ali Bin Ali Group websites to perform in AI-powered search environments, including:

§  Google SGE/ AI Overviews

§  Voice Assistants

§  LLM-Based answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot , Perplexity , etc.)

o  Structuring content for entity-based search and semantic understanding

o  Optimizing for E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust)

o  Designing content that can be:

§  Quoted

§  Summarized

§  Referenced by LLMs

o  Implementing schema markup (Product, FAQ, How-To, Organization, Article, Review)

o  Creating LLM-friendly content frameworks (clear headings, concise answers, authoritative sources)

o  Monitoring how brand content appears in AI-generated answers
