Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide a high level of personalized service.
- Manage spa bookings and schedules, ensuring accurate and efficient appointment coordination.
- Handle guest inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing detailed information about treatments, services, and products.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing and transaction records.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area to reflect luxury standards.
- Promote spa services and retail products, supporting sales targets and guest satisfaction.
- Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures
- Introduce guests to spa services practitioners (massage therapists and fitness instructors, etc.)
- Ensure Golden is used at the reception and all relevant guest details are given to the Therapist
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position with a luxury hotel or resort
