Sports Club Supervisor The Sports Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a sports club, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for members and guests. This role includes managing team, coordinating activities, maintaining facilities, and promoting programs to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

  • Greet and assist members and guests, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Promote club programs, services, and events to enhance member engagement.
  • Handle membership inquiries, sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure the club facilities, including gym, courts, pools, and common areas, are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
  • Oversee the scheduling and usage of facilities to optimize member access and satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise a variety of sports and fitness programs, classes, and events.
  • Monitor program participation and feedback to continuously improve offerings.
  • Collaborate with coaches and trainers to ensure high-quality program delivery.
  • Ensure all club activities and facilities comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Implement and enforce club policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and safety inspections.
  • Monitor expenses and revenues, aiming to meet or exceed financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sports management, recreation, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sports club management, fitness, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Knowledge of sports, fitness programs, and facility management.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  • Proficiency in using management software and other office tools.
