MTM Group Qatar is seeking elite-level Group Class Fitness Instructors to lead dynamic, high impact classes in our premium wellness facilities. We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and highly skilled instructors with proven expertise in various class modalities. This is a role for professionals who thrive on stage, lead with charisma, and are committed to delivering top-tier group fitness experiences that transform lives.
You must be confident, technically sound, and capable of teaching one or more of the following disciplines in line with international standards and MTM Group’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Group Fitness Instruction-
- Deliver engaging, safe, and high-energy group fitness classes across one or more of the following formats:
- Les Mills (BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack)
- TRX / Suspension Training
- Spinning / Indoor Cycling
- Circuit Training
- HIIT Workouts
- Functional Training
- Zumba
- Step Aerobics
- Traditional Aerobics
- Belly Dance
- Adapt classes for all fitness levels while maintaining a high standard of technique, energy, and safety.
- Provide effective verbal and visual cues to guide participants throughout each session.
- Create a motivating and inclusive environment that encourages class retention and community.
Member Engagement & Support-
- Build strong rapport with members before and after classes.
- Provide feedback, encouragement, and safe progressions to support members’ fitness journeys.
- Actively promote upcoming classes, workshops, and wellness programs.
Professionalism & Brand Representation-
- Maintain peak personal fitness and appearance as a brand ambassador.
- Ensure studio equipment and class areas are clean, organized, and ready.
- Support the fitness team in maintaining a strong and positive member experience.
- Participate in member events, photoshoots, and occasional promotional content.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in one or more of the following modalities:
- Les Mills (BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack – with active license)
- TRX Suspension Training
- Spinning / Indoor Cycling Certification
- Zumba Instructor License
- Step and/or Aerobics Instructor Certification
- Belly Dance Instructor Experience or Certification
- CPR & First Aid certified.
- Minimum 2–3 years of group class instruction experience in a studio, gym, or boutique setting.
- Excellent physical conditioning and athletic appearance.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in luxury or premium wellness environments is preferred.

Desired Skills:
1. Instructional & Technical Skills
- Ability to design and lead structured group fitness classes (Les Mills, TRX, Spinning, Zumba, Step, Aerobics, Belly Dance).
- Strong verbal cueing and body language to guide diverse fitness levels.
- Proficient in adapting exercises for all abilities while maintaining class intensity and safety.
- Excellent understanding of movement mechanics, posture, and injury prevention.
2. Modality-Specific Skills
Les Mills Certified: Skilled in delivering BodyPump, BodyCombat, and BodyAttack with correct technique, musicality, and timing.
TRX Suspension Training: Strong understanding of bodyweight-based leverage training and safe progression.
Spinning / Indoor Cycling: Ability to synchronize rhythm, pace, and resistance with energy, coaching cues, and music.
Zumba: High coordination, rhythm mastery, and effective instruction of dance-based movement patterns.
Step & Aerobics: Creative choreography design, cardiovascular pacing, and precise cue-based transitions.
Belly Dance: Culturally informed instruction with emphasis on rhythm, isolation, and flow.
Circuit Training: Ability to structure multi-station strength and cardio formats for different fitness levels.
HIIT Workouts: Skilled in high-intensity interval program design, safety management, and coaching energy.
Functional Training: Proficient in movement-based strength, mobility, and stability training for everyday performance.
