About The Role

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Cargo Products team to acquire, develop and maintain products’ portfolio, including but not limited to Aerospace, TechLift, SecureLift, Courier, Drive, Pharma, Fresh, Live, Mail and Serenity.

As Part Of Your Daily Responsibilities, You Will Also:

  • Work in conjunction with managers to monitor, implement and update all Cargo Products’ processes and practices, as well as all policies and procedures with regards to handling the products in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Work in line with and towards compliance of Product SOPs as well as current and applicable industry regulations by product, such as, but not limited to IATA Temperature Control Regulations, EU GDP Regulations, IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations and IATA Live Animal Regulations.
  • Propose efficient methods to manage the diverse Cargo Products portfolio and provide essential support for Product management in the development, growth and maintenance of Product market share.
  • Work in conjunction with Product management to provide adequate internal and external representation at the hub and outstations as required.
  • Work with management to steer enhancement projects for the Cargo Products portfolio.
  • Support a streamlined and robust customer complaint handling procedure as appropriate to each product. Work with managers towards implementing robust and consistent internal SOPs for each product as also continually update them as per business and market requirement.
  • Represent Cargo Products team in assuming ownership along with Cargo projects teams in delivering initiatives and industry certifications such as but not limited to IATA CEIV Pharma/ Perishable/Live. Lead and manage contractual initiatives internally and externally such as customer SLAs, third party agreements.
  • Assist teams and Management with tenders in conjunction with Revenue Management and Pricing teams ensuring stability in processes, rates and capacity.
  • Work closely together with the Management to monitor key performance indicators to assure that quality targets are met and commercial success is assured.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent information is relayed as a key interface between commercial and operational teams towards optimal product positioning and service quality.

Qualifications

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
  • Understanding of the airline cargo value chain with professional experience in a range of key function
  • Command of English language, excellent spoken and written skills
  • Knowledge of market trends & Comprehensive product understanding
  • Professional understanding of compliance responsibilities
