Responsible for driving the performance and profitability of the roaming segment by delivering customer growth, revenue, contribution margin, and NPS. This role has to develop a deep understanding of high-value customers’ needs, lifestyles, and aspirations, translating the insights into compelling, world-class roaming propositions and experiences. The person on the role will lead end-to-end marketing and go-to-market strategy to strengthen Vodafone’s position among high-value roaming customers.

  • Manage the Roaming Segment, ensuring delivery of key performance metrics including customer growth, revenue, contribution margin, and NPS.
  • Ensure to Develop and maintain a deep understanding of high-value roaming customers by continuously analysing their behaviours, needs, and aspirations through data-driven insights and regular engagement.
  • Design and execute an insight-led, end-to-end marketing and go-to-market plan/strategy to drive growth and strengthen Vodafone’s positioning in the high-value roaming segment.
  • Define and implement a marketing roadmap encompassing ATL, BTL, and digital activities to maximize awareness, acquisition, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Technology, and Customer Operations to ensure flawless execution of segment initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to proactively identify opportunities and recommend strategic responses.
  • Utilize Big Data and analytics to track customer behaviours, usage patterns, and campaign effectiveness, driving informed decision-making.
  • Lead the design and execution of go-to-market activities for new roaming products, ensuring timely launches and alignment with brand standards.
  • Own and manage the Roaming NPS performance by identifying customer pain points and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create and sustain a superior roaming customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Present segment performance, key insights, and strategic plans to senior management and leadership forums to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization to inspire ownership and commitment towards achieving segment goals.
  • Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
