- Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments.
- Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
- Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms and takes appropriate action.
- Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
- Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant.
- Receive special requests from guests and carry them out.
- Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs are reported.
- Fill out report and hand over found articles to the lost and found department.
- Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells.
- Assist with inventory and ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained.
- Inspects work of team to ensure required standards of cleanliness are met.
- Inspects rooms, public areas for cleanliness and also determines the need for maintenance work.\]
- Ensure all supplies in guestrooms are as per housekeeping standards.
- Ensures all equipment and trolleys are being cleaned and well maintained.
- Conduct trainings for housekeeping attendants in how to perform their task and maintain the set standard.
- Enforce chemical use and cleaning procedures in all areas.
- Addresses unsafe conditions and maintenance issues immediately to the Housekeeping Coordinator.
- Assists in maintaining a close working relationship with other departments.
- Assist with other Housekeeping duties as assigned by the Executive
- Housekeeper/Assistant Housekeeper.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4/5-star hotel
- Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
- Good command of English Language. (Written & Spoken)
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Age – 25 to 35 Years
- Possess strong multitasking skill

Basic Salary : QR.1800/- , Free shared accommodation , Free Food in staff cafeterias (all 3 meals) , Free transportation back and forth from the accommodation to the Hotel
