About The Role
The Analytics Specialist Support the digital department in managing the process of inspecting, cleaning, transforming, and modeling data to uncover valuable insights, patterns, and trends. It involves mastering various techniques and tools to interpret data and support the department to make informed decisions. Will help the department to understand the significance of the data and leverage it to drive informed actions and strategies.
Key Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Provide strategic support to the marketing department by extracting and presenting meaningful insights from data by identifying trends and patterns to support informed decision-making.
- Gain comprehensive understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics by leveraging non-business data such as website metrics, traffic patterns to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop specialized marketing and digital marketing dashboards to gain comprehensive insights and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including the Head of Digital to define data analysis objectives, design data analysis plans and optimize processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the data analytics strategy to ensure data-driven decision making is benefiting the operations.
- Gather and clean data from various sources, applying appropriate data analysis methods to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Conduct statistical analysis to understand KPls, track the impact of initiatives to identify areas for improvements.
- Create reports by presenting findings and making recommendations on the data to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders, including internal teams, brands, and external partners.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed b the Head of the Department.
Qualifications
About you
The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

- Able to generate creative ideas and innovative solutions
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and business partners and maintain clear, concise communication
- Able to understand market and industry trends and keep abreast of changes in competitors, the industry and customer preferences
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, like Excel, SQL, Python, R, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Power Bl, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly and D3.js
- Able to understand and analyze data, market, industry and customer behavior trends.
