Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

Job Purpose:

The F&B Supervisor will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations in our food and beverage outlets. This position involves leading a team of staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of food and beverage service areas, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and adhere to quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and stock control.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to develop menus and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
