Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality, custom swords, trunks, trophies, and artisanal items, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and quality standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury handcrafted items and skilled in leading a team of artisans.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate all production stages, from concept to completion
– Lead a team of skilled goldsmiths, carpenters, and craftsmen
– Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life
– Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to craftsmanship standards
– Train and mentor staff, manage inventory, and monitor production schedules
