Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and analytical Learning and Development (L&D) Analyst to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing L&D programs that align with our business goals.
(Some of) What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored learning programs.
- Develop engaging e-learning modules, workshops, and other training materials that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
- Incorporate the latest industry trends and technologies into L&D strategies to ensure innovative and effective training solutions.
- Analyze training data to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain metrics and reports on the impact of L&D initiatives, including ROI and performance outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize training programs for maximum impact.
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, particularly within the tech industry.
- Provide recommendations for new training methods and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to integrate L&D initiatives with overall talent development strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that L&D programs are aligned with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of learning by promoting L&D initiatives and encouraging employee participation.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
- Experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and adult learning principles.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a company that is shaping the future.
